湖北省推行消防宣传教育“423”模式的实践初探

The beginning explores for practices about the mode of "423" propaganda and education of fire-protection in Hubei

人员密集场所是群死群伤火灾事故的高发场所。分析了当前消防宣传教育中存在的问题,并以公共娱乐场所、餐饮住宿场所、商市场和医院、学校等四类人员密集场所为重点,结合工作实践,探讨湖北省推行的消防宣传教育"423"模式,并就建立和完善消防宣传教育长效机制提出建议。

Assembly occupancies are the high risk of fire occurring location. This article briefly analyzes the current shortcomings existing in propaganda and education of fire-protection,discusses on the practices about the mode of ＂423＂ propaganda and education of fire-protection in Hubei province recently, focusing on the four kinds of assembly occupancies such as places of public entertainment, catering accommodations, markets, hospitals and schools. Combined with work practice, the author finally gives some advices to set up and better the propaganda and education o{ fire-protection.
