摘要 科学技术的进步使人民享受到科学昌明的幸福,但是如果掌握科学的人缺乏公民意识,也会将科学的成果加害于人民。道德与公民教育,不在于树立道德楷模,而在于全民遵守公认的、普遍接受的社会规范。我国当代道德价值体系应当通过系统梳理中国传统文化、世界人文理念和当前道德规范而逐步建立和完善。对于封建社会的道德范畴,可以借鉴并利用其形式,赋予其新的内涵。"自由、平等、博爱"等人文理念,是世界人民的共同文化遗产,我们应当有选择地继承。公民教育的关键在于,在灌输正确道德价值的同时保持良好的道德环境,引导人们经常地反省自身行为,并通过对日常规则的诚履笃行,逐步养成良好的行为习惯。 The development of technology allows people to enjoy more happiness. But technological achievements could also do harm to people if those people who can make use of technologies lack civic consciousness. Moral and civic education lies in people’s abidance by generally recognized and accepted social norms, not in setting a moral model. The contemporary moral value system in our country should be gradually established and perfected through combing the system of traditional Chinese culture, the world’s humanistic ideals and current moral standards. For those moral conceptions of feudal society, we can take advantage of their form by giving them new meanings. We should inherit selectively world’s common cultural heritage like 'Freedom, equality, fraternity' and other humanistic ideologies. The key to civic education is that while inculcating the right moral values we should keep a good moral environment, guide people to reflect on their own behavior regularly and gradually form good habits in behavior through sincere observance of the rules in everyday life.
