摘要 区域高等教育均衡发展体现了和谐社会中高等教育的公平、公正,关系到我国经济的发展和社会的稳定。从高校的区域布局、优质高等教育资源的分布、高考的体制及高等教育经费的投入等四个方面入手,基于G INI系数理论,量化分析了我国当前东中西三大区域高等教育非均衡发展的现状,并针对性地提出了缩小不同区域高校发展的差距,促进区域高等教育均衡发展,体现社会主义和谐社会可持续的高等教育科学发展观。 Balanced development, of resional higher education not only embodies the fairness and justice of sun harmonious society, but also relates to the economic development and social, s stability in our country. Starting from four aspects such as the area layout of colleges and universities, the high grade resource distribution of higher education, the college entrance examination system and the funds throwing into higher education, based on GINI Modulus theory, this paper makes quantitative analysis of the unbalanced development of higher education in the three big areas such as the east, central and western parts in our country. Strategies were pertinently brought forward to reduce the gap between college and university development in these areas, and promote balanced development of resional higher education with concept of scientific and sustainable development of higher education which embodies socialist harmonious society.
