低压甲醇压缩机活塞杆螺旋形磁粉堆积成因分析

Formation Cause Analyse of Screw Magnetism Powder Accumulation of Low Pressure Carbinol Compressor's Piston Pole

本文通过综合运用金属学、热处理工艺学及无损检测等方面知识,对活塞杆在磁粉探伤时产生的螺旋形磁粉堆积线成因作了分析。结果表明,活塞杆在磁粉探伤中显现的螺旋形磁粉堆积线是由热处理缺陷一屈氏体软带造成的。

This article integrates metal study, heat treatment study, nondestructive inspection study and other studies, analyzes the formation cause of screw magnetism powder accumulate line produced as using magnetic particle test on piston pole. The result proves that the accumulate line is caused by heat treatment defect, soft troostite tape.
