摘要
本文通过对电化学腐蚀的机理的研究以及奥氏体不锈钢腐蚀破坏的金相分析,证明了奥氏体不锈钢与NaOH介质的不相容性。为压力容器制造企业的选材和制造过程提供了较为完整的预防措施,从而保证压力容器的安全使用。
This article studies the principle on electric chemical canker, and analyzes the cause of austeniticstainless steel destruction by tests of metallographic. It proves that austenitic stainless steel can't be used in the caseof NaOH. It offers intact precautionary measure for pressure vessel makers select suitable materials and produce.It ensures safety of the use of pressure vessel.
