摘要
通过对奥运会开幕式涉及的电气设施、发电机房、焰火燃放、升降舞台、吸烟、放火、气象可能引起火灾的因素以及机动车起火等火灾风险进行分析,运用风险矩阵法从风险概率和风险后果两个方面对开幕式活动中重要部位的火灾风险等级进行评估,并确定各种风险因素的风险等级。针对不同因素的风险等级,提出风险控制措施与对策,为科学实施奥运消防安保决策提供重要的参考作用。
The fire risk grade of some important places in opening ceremony of Olympic Games was evaluated by risk matrix method from two aspects of risk probability and risk consequent. All these were based on analyzing the fire danger factor of electric equipment, generator room, firework setting off, elevator stage, smoking, fire prevention, weather of opening ceremony and fire risk analyzing of motor vehicles. Fire danger class of fire danger factor was ascertained and countermeasures were put forward. This could be the reference of executing fire security plan reasonably.
