Germany is one of the countries in the world which have modern vocational education system. This paper focuses on the successful experience of Germany in vocational education based upon the three - month practical training in Germany of our college students specializing in marketing. Then the paper proposes ways for how to educate various qualified vocational talent in vocational education in our country.
