摘要 世界上也真有巧事,上次我引用了罗丹对乌东(之一用“乌桐”译音)雕像的分析之后,忽然又有机会来到了巴黎。 How to deeply observe and grasp the emphasis of 'expression'. The emphasis firstly depends on eyes, so-called the window of soul. The window of eves is eyeball, that's pupil. Without doubt, the main bearing of eve not merely depends on pupil, what's more important is the surrounding relations of eyeball and eyes. Eyeball's up-and-down and right-and-left rotation causes eyelid up-and-down and right-and-left dragging relation, especially the start point of the whole eye muscle is only on the ossiculum behind nose bone. It's because of it that skin texture with inner corner of the eye as the center to radiate all round (furrow for the old), which also forms tight and slight symbol of eye movement, while the movement tendency and slight and tight state for eyeballs are just the expression in people's eyes. The second emphasis of appearance is mouth. Mouth variation is actually more complex titan eye. Its feature is that mouth is not connected with bone, just flatly lying in the mouth part and relying on the balancing pulling of surrounding muscle to be in normal condition. In addition, the attentive features are that movement of lip pushed by the muscle of mouth circle. Therefore, to comprehend movement of mouth should rely on the mutual movement function of lip and mouth circle. If we can exquisitely and painstakingly catch the movement of eye and mouth, then it can be said that the expression of facial features can be clear at a glance.
