Difficulties and Countermeasures to Implement Supply Chain Management for Chinese Enterprises

供应链管理的成功实施必须具备以下条件:供应链成员企业之间的合作和信任、一体化的管理、完善的信息系统(以先进完善的信息系统为基础);中国企业实施供应链管理的难点在于:信用体系不健全、企业之间的合作观念淡薄、企业的管理水平较低;为此可采取的对策有提高对供应链管理观念的认识、加快建立健全中国的信用体系、完善基础管理,提高企业现代化管理水平、加快企业信息化的建设步伐。

The article analyze the implementation conditions of the supply chain management, and the successful implementation of which must have the following conditions： the cooperation and trust between the supply chain member enterprises, and integration management, improved information systems（based on advanced and perfect information systems）; and the article propose the difficulties of implement supply chain management for Chinese enterprises： imperfect credit system, weak concept of cooperation between enterprises, low levels of enterprise management; corresponding strategies for Chinese enterprises to implement supply chain management： improved understanding of the supply chain management, speeding up the construction of Chinese credit system, improved the basic management, improved the modem management level of enterprises, accelerated construction pace of enterprise informatization.
