摘要 全面深入推进"工学结合"人才培养模式是高职高专实行教改的必由之路,会计专业因其特殊的行业背景和岗位需求,在现行条件下,实行"课岗融合"教学改革新思路是提高人才培养质量和学生就业能力的一种有益尝试。有效实施《会计学基础》与《出纳岗位实训》相结合的"课岗融合"实践性教学可以加快学生职业角色的转换。 It is necessary for the vocational colleges to promote " combination of working and learning" model. Due to its special background and the employment in the accounting field, It is a beneficial attempt to implement teaching reform on "course-post fusion" to improve the quality of vocational education and enhance students' competence for job-hunting at this stage, we can accelerate the changing of students' professional role through the effective reform of the practical teaching of "fundamental accounting" and "practical training of post of cashier".
