对田径运动部分项目技术改进后的思考

Thinking of the Improved Technique of Part Events of Track and Field Events

从理论与实践的角度对现代田径运动的部分项目 :短跑、跳远、铅球的技术飞跃发展与进步原因进行分析 ,目的在于认清技术进步的原因 ,将先进技术、理论知识引入田径运动的专项教学与训练 ,使体院田径专项教学水平跟上田径运动的发展 ,为培养现代化专项人才不断提高教学与训练水平。

To analyze the reason of the fast development and improvement of technique according to parts of modern track and field events from the angle of practice and theory,for example,dash,long jump,shot put,our aim is to make people understand the reasons of technical improvement clearly,and to introduce the advanced technique and theory knowledge into the teaching and training of track and field.We should try our best to make teaching level keep up with the developmeent level of specialized track and field in physical education institute,and to improve the level of teaching and training continuously for cultivating modern specialized talents
