Rational Combination of P.E. Teaching Methods

体育教学是在教师的指导和组织下 ,通过学生的身体活动来实现的双边活动过程。在这个双边活动过程中 ,运用科学的方法来实现教学方法的优化组合 ,并通过身体的育、养、练来促使学生身体素质的发展和体质得到增强。

P.E.teaching of a kind of bilateral process,through body activity,which can be fulfilled by teachers’instruction and organization.In this process,we will fulfill rational combination of teaching methods by scientific means,and students’activity,students'fitness will be developed and strengthened through body's cultivation and training.
