摘要
本文分析了"民本"思维对高校德育的重要影响,探讨了人类哲学本体论的发展历程,指出中国传统的"以民为本"思想存在的主要缺欠以及对高校德育的消极影响,其最大弊端是造成"人的缺位"和德育"工具理性化"现象。针对于此,提出了"人本德育"理念—"完全人格德育"理念,即科学界定德育的本质,以学生为本体,塑造学生的"完全人格",实行"双主体.人性化"德育模式,而这一切都要求提高德育教师的"人师"的地位和水平,以开创高校德育工作的新局面。
The essay pinpoints the influence of adopting‘Min-ben-oriented’moral education in colleges and universities,probes into the development of the subject theory in human philosophy.It points out the shortcomings and negative influence of the traditional‘Min-ben-oriented’moral education,the biggest disadvantage is to bring up the phenomena of‘lack of people’and‘tool ratio- nalization’in moral education.Based on this,the essay proposes the idea of‘people-orientated moral education’—‘full personality moral education’,that is to scientifically define the nature of moral education,put the student in the core of moral education,cultivate the‘full personality’of student, implement a model of‘double main bodies,humanization’.All these require enhancement of the sta- tus and qualities of moral education teachers,thus to initiate a new era in moral education.
