摘要
本文分析了改革开放后兴起的中国家族企业的类型和特征,对略具规模的中国家族企业面临的困境以及如何走出困境进行了探索,并对家族企业在新世纪的转型突破进行了展望。
The essay analyzes the categories and characteristics of Chinese family business flour- ished after the Opening and Reforming policy in China,and explores the difficulties faced by the family business and raises ways to overcome these problems;in the end,it also prospects the transfor- mation and break of family business in the new century.
