本文对我国民法体系进行了哲学分析,着重研究了民法法条之间的逻辑关系,价值关系及二者的混合关系。

The relationship between articles is a difficult point when studying civil law.Learners should know how to differentiate the nature of articles so as to grasp the relationship between them. There are both relationship of logic as well as of value,even the mixing relationship of logic and value.Therefore learners must emphasize on the relationship of value which guides the relationship of logic.
