摘要
本文在分析高校教师兼职这一现象的基础上,论述了教师兼职的原因、方式以及兼职对高校教师的专业发展和本职工作的影响,并提出了相关的建议。
Based on the analysis of the reality of part-time teacher in higher college,the essay discusses about the reasons why teacher go for part-time jobs,form of part-time jobs;it also probes the effect of part-time jobs on the teachers’major development and on their duty work.Finally,It proposes some appropriate suggestion.
