Overseas Investment Insurance System(OIIS)is an important system for the capital exporting countries to protect and encourage overseas investment.With the development of our overseas investment,it is inevitable to establish the system in China.The article focuses on the law constitution of OIIS based on Chinese status through illustration about the general principles on OIIS and the current international law system.
