摘要
通过文献资料、数理统计和教学实验等方法对软式排球的教学效果、竞赛规则、项目特点进行了分析研究 ,并愿以此文的研究结论为我国普及排球运动 ,推动全民健身和提高排球运动水平服务。
The analysis and research on teaching effects,competition rules and item characteristics are made in this paper through documents and by means of statistics and teaching experiments,which will aim to popularize our national volleyball sports,improve civil gymnastic and promote the service quality of volleyball sports.
