摘要
采取对比实验探讨运动心理学在学校游泳教学中运用的实效性。教学实验结果显示 :采用运动心理学原理进行教学有利于创造和谐、愉快的教学环境 ,调动学生的积极性和主动性 。
Adopting the contrast experiment,the author studies the advantage to apply sports psychology to the swimming teaching.The outcome reveals that the application of sports psychology to teaching is good for creating a harmonious and pleasant situation,which can re-deploy the enthusiasm and activity of the students.The teaching effect is much better than the traditional one.
