摘要
跨栏教学是学校田径教学中综合素质要求最高 ,同时也是最具锻炼价值的教学内容。结合多年的教学经验 ,从心理学的角度探讨教学中出现的心理现象和心理训练问题。
Hurdle-race teaching is of high reqairement in overall qualities which are expected much school Track & Field teaching and of value in training conlemts using the teaching experience for many years,the author probes in this thesis into the psychological phenomena and training in teaching problem from the point of view of psychology.
