对玉林市中小学体育师资队伍的调查与分析

A Survey and Analysis on P.E.Teachers in Primary Schools and Middle Schools in Yulin

采用调查法、数理统计法对玉林市中小学体育师资队伍的现状进行调查与分析。结果显示 :玉林市城镇中学及农村中学的体育教师在数量上基本满足要求 ,但是教师的学历水平偏低 ,而且教师队伍不稳定 ,流失较多 ;城镇小学和农村小学的体育教师的数量还不能达到要求 ,兼 (代 )课体育教师较多 ,尤其是农村小学的专职体育教师缺额严重。

The author makes a survey on the P.E. tealhere in most of the primary and middle schools in Yulin City, Which shows that most of the teachers are at the low educational level; some P.E. teachers in the suburban district and countryside are not so capable for the job and most schools in the countryside are facing a serious problem of lacring of full_time P.E. teachers. The paper also suggests that local governments make some improvement in the development and training of P.E. teachers.
