摘要
针对 2 1世纪高校体育教师的基本特征 ,主要以发展性评价制度从教师的素质指标、教师的职责指标、教师的绩效指标三方面对高校体育教师的评价进行了阐述分析。
Aiming at the basic features of P.E. teachers in universities in the 21st century, this paper mainly makes a detailed analysis on these teachers on the basis of the evaluation system of expansibility through three indicators, that is, teacher's quality, responsibility and performance.
