Focusing on constructing good psychological quality is one of the most important symbols in the educational modernization, Meanwhile, for people, good psychological quality is one of the basic requirements from the current society. Based on the theories of psychology and education and combined with the modern teenager students' conditions, we try to construct the good psychological quality among our students in the process of physical education.
