摘要 介绍了低压二氧化碳灭火系统的构成及工作原理,详述了影响低压二氧化碳灭火系统可靠运行的三个主要控制参数:制冷系统的启动和停止、高低压力报警、高低液位报警,在比较了目前使用的低压二氧化碳灭火系统的控制元件后,对应用范围最广、最能精确控制上述三个参数的1151电容式差压变送器的工作原理以及如何控制低压二氧化碳贮存装置压力和液位方面进行了详细说明,为低压二氧化碳灭火系统的设计提供了参考。 Low pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing systems are developed based on the theory of high pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing systems, and it has been widely applied in several kinds of fire protection areas. This paper introduces the composing and working theory, describes three main control parameters which influence the running reliability of low pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing systems, such as startup and stop of refrigeration system, high and low pressure alarm and high and low liquid level alarm. After comparing the control elements used in low pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing at present, the paper detailedly explains the working theory of 1511 capacitance type differential pressure transmitter which can accurately control the above-mentioned parameters and how to control pressure and liquid level of low pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing systems. It provides the reference for designing low pressure carbon dioxide fire extinguishing systems.
