摘要
利用激光熔覆方法制造致密金属零件时,从熔覆工艺、熔覆材料、基体因素等方面分析裂纹产生的原因,并提出一些解决熔覆层开裂问题的新的设想。
The causes of cladding layer racking by using laser direct manufacturing metallic dense-component based on laser cladding technology are discussed from many aspects, such as laser cladding process, cladding material, stratum affecting and so on. The ideas to solve the problem are proposed.
