摘要
介绍了一种基于激光直写的电路板柔性布线方案。给出了其系统硬件组成,重点阐述了Micropen浆料泵送单元,最后简单的介绍了系统控制模块并对实验结果进行了分析讨论。
A technology of Flexibly Fabricating Circuit Patterns by Laser Direct Writing was introduced. The components was given. The unit for pumping slurry of Micropen was presented. The system control module was introduced and the result of the experiment was discussed.
