摘要
对锆英石颜料合成机理的研究成果进行了总结。固溶体型锆英石颜料是在ＺｒＯ２和ＳｉＯ２合成为ＺｒＳｉＯ４的过程中Ｖ４＋、Ｐｒ４＋等着色离子固溶于ＺｒＳｉＯ４的晶格而形成；包裹型锆英石颜料是由合成的锆英石晶体将Ｆｅ２Ｏ３等着色剂包裹于其内部而形成。矿化剂的主要作用是通过氟化物的气化迁移而降低ＺｒＳｉＯ４晶体合成的温度，还可提高着色离子在固溶体型锆英石颜料中的固溶量。包裹型锆英石颜料的呈色性能取决于锆英石晶体对着色剂的包裹率。
This paper reviewed the synthetic mechanism of zircon based ceramic pigments.The important effects of mineralizers were discussed,meanwhile the synthetic mechanism of inclusion type of zircon based ceramic pigments was especially introduced.
