Honesty and Credibility is the Basic Quality of College Students

"诚信"是当今社会广泛关注的问题,当前,大学生的诚信状况却令人堪忧,用"诚信危机"一词来概括也不为过。大学生诚信缺失产生的原因除有社会方面的因素、历史与文化方面的原因外,还有大学生个人方面的问题。高校应强化育人功能,引导大学生树立正确的价值观、人生观、世界观,培养大学生的诚信素质。让诚信成为大学生的基础的行为规范和立身之本。

Honesty and credibility is a topic under heated discussion by people from all walks of life. Nowadays, college students are undergoing a crisis of honesty and credibility. The lack of honesty and credibility among college students may owe to many factors including social, historical, and cultural influence in addition to personal problems of the Students. Colleges should strengthen the educational functions of teaching and learning so as to establish among students proper values of judgment, philosophy and worldview and cultivate students' awareness of honesty and credibility so that it can become a basic behavior standard for them.
