企业是现代社会的经济主体,是社会政治、经济和文化生活的最基本单元。因此,坚持以科学发展观为指导思想,在生产经营过程中积极实现节能减排目标,既是落实科学发展观的要求、努力承担企业社会责任的具体体现,也是企业实现可持续发展与创建和谐社会的必由之路。阐述坚持科学发展观与构建和谐社会、建设和谐社会与企业承担社会责任之间的关系,企业如何在承担社会责任中体现自身价值;就企业如何开展节能减排工作提出建议。

Enterprise is the economic body of modem society, the basic unit of social politics, economy and cultural life. Therefore to persevere in scientific development view as the guide, to fulfill actively the target of save energy and reduce effluent in production and operation is not only to cant out the requirement of perseverance in scientific development view and specific embodiment of shouldering social duty for the enterprise, but also the inevitable way for the enterprise to realize sustained development and create harmonious society.
