制度是反腐倡廉的治本之策,严谨的制度是惩治和预防腐败的保证。推进企业反腐倡廉工作,必须不断完善反腐倡廉制度体系。针对企业落实反腐倡廉制度中存在的问题,运用社会学理论对加强反腐倡廉制度建设问题进行思考。

System is the policy to provide fundamental solutions to anti corruption and advocating honest and strict system is the guarantee of punishing and preventing corruption. To promote work of anti corruption and advocating honest in enterprise we must constantly perfect system of anti corruption and advocating honest. Against existing problem in putting the system into practice, we thought to try to apply sociology theory on system construction of anti corruption and advocating honest.
