随着金融危机对实体经济的影响进一步显现和市场参与者新建产能的相继投产,未来化工市场的竞争将进一步加剧。竞争形势的这种变化要求我们必须改变与市场大环境不相适应的企业文化。从化工市场的特点出发,分析论证了化工板块应对金融危机冲击建立持久竞争优势所应采取的4个文化策略。
With further appearance of the effect of financial crisis on solid economy, with successive going into production of newly constructed energy industries by market participators, the competition of coming chemical market will be more intensive. Changes in competition situation require that we must reform enterprise culture which does not meet market environment. From the special features of chemical market, we analyzed cultural policy which chemical industries should take to establish permanent competition superiority against financial crisis.
