摘要
2008年1月1日,《劳动合同法》正式实施。该法的颁布实施对推进我国企业用工制度方面的建设和完善起到了巨大作用。中国石油化工集团公司作为我国特大型国有企业,同样面临前所未有的影响,也为企业劳动用工制度改革提供了极好的机遇。通过对石化企业《劳动合同法》贯彻落实情况的调查了解,具体分析正式用工形式在劳动合同制度及规章制度方面存在的问题,并提出相应对策,为石化企业的劳动用工规制和劳动关系管理提供参考。
Labor Contract Act? was put into force on January 1st, 2008. Its issue and complementation will play giant role in construction and perfection of employment for our enterprises. Sinopec Group, as an ultra giant state - owned enterprise in our country, is also facing unprecedented effects; it also provides extremely good chance of employment system reform with enterprises. With investigation of implementation of ? Labor Contract Act? in petrochemical enterprises, specially analyzed problems existing in labor contract system and regulations of formal employment, and presented related policies as references for employment regulations and systems labor relation management in petrochemical enterprises.
