川渝地区天然气目标市场定位研究

Study on Natural Gas Market in Sichuan-Chongqing Area

通过对川渝地区经济发展程度、能源生产消费结构、天然气市场发育程度、天然气市场垄断竞争结构等进行分析后认为:作为我国天然气生产和消费最大的地区,川渝地区天然气市场发育程度远远高于全国平均水平;而且,川渝地区可充分依托四川盆地相对较为丰富的天然气资源,其市场前景较好;目前,就天然气的生产经营而言,已形成中国石油西南油气田分公司、新星公司西南石油局和其他浅层气公司的市场竞争格局,其天然气市场属于寡头垄断市场。

By analyzing economy development,energy produc- tion and consumption structures,natural gas market and monopoly competition structure in Sichuan-Chongqing area,the conclusions are made.Firstly,as the largest area for natural gas production and consumption,natural gas market in Sichuan-Chongqing area is in a level much higher than national average.Secondly,market prospect is rather bright because of abundant gas resource in Sichuan Basin.Finally,as to natural gas production and operation, competitive pattern between Southwest Oil and Gasfield Company of PetroChina,Xinxing Company of Sinopec and other shallow gas companies is Conned.This market is a kind of monopoly mar- kets.
