摘要
在对专业化和专业化管理进行解读的基础上,指出了石油物资供应专业化管理应具有的几个实质性特征和重组需要注意的问题.文章认为,石油物资供应系统专业化重组,需要明确专业化管理的目的,把一切有利于提高对油公司的服务水平作为出发点;重组的重点应放在责任分配、经济评估、流程重组等方面;组织机构设置方面应进行扁平化的尝试;应注意处理好供应业务的接口和供管的职能关系。
During specialized reorganization for petroleum mate- rials supply system,to understand the purpose for carrying out specialized management is father important.Improving service level is the key.The emphasis should be laid on responsibility arrange- ment,economic evaluation and Business Process Reengineering etc..Flatting organization should be tried.Dealing with relations between supply and supply management is necessary.
