摘要
胜利油田涉足国际石油工程承包已达10多年之久,先后完成各类油气工程项目近60个。国际石油工程承包中,影响项目效益最主要的因素就是风险管理与防范的有效性。把握项目中的风险点并加以有效地控制,才能实现真正意义上的跨国经营。结合理论与实践,分析胜利油田开展国际石油工程承包中的风险种类和规避风险的措施,以帮助从事跨国承包油气工程的企业认识并遏制风险。
Shengli Oilfield has been indulged in international oil project for over 10 years, has finished nearly 60 various oil and gas projects. In international oil project tracing, the main factor affecting project profit is the effectiveness of risk management and prevention. Only by mastering risk point in the project and effectively controlling, can international operation in the real significance be realized. Combined theory with practice, we analyzed risk types and risk prevention measures in international oil project contracting so as to help the enterprises engaging international oil and gas project contracting realize and prevent risk.
