摘要
本文系河北省重点课题《分层教学研究》论文之一。在分层数学模式下,教学对象出现了变化,教学目标随之进行调整,教师的教学工作呈现出新的特点。在教师评价方案中充分、科学地认识和反映这些新情况、新变化、新特点,才能够准确地评价教师的教学质量,对其作出准确的价值判断。
Under a multi-grade teaching model the teaching aim varies according to the change of students’ performance, which brings new characteristics to teacher’s work. This should be manifested in the evaluation of teachers, thus it is possible to give an accurate evaluation to teachers’work and accordingly improve the teaching method and quality.
