摘要
在知识经济时代,人力资本投资显得越来越重要,而投资风险也随之产生。从企业人力资本投资内涵及特征入手,分析了企业人力资本投资风险管理现状,以及企业人力资本投资风险的成因,提出了规避风险的8条具体措施。
Under knowledge-based economy, investment in human capital becomes more and more important. At the same time, investment risk comes along. On the basis of content and characteristics of enterprises' investment in human capital, current situations of enterprises' investment risk management in human capital and its causes of formation are analyzed. Practical counter-measures are concluded.
