检测卵巢肿瘤病人血清中血管内皮生长因子浓度的临床意义

The Clinic Significance of Examing Plasma Concentrations of Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor in Patient With Ovarian Neoplasm

目的:检测卵巢癌病人术前血清中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)浓度,探讨其临床及病理意义。方法:应用酶联免疫技术(ELISA法)检测37例卵巢癌病人、14例临界卵巢肿瘤、19例良性卵巢瘤病人及10例健康人血清中VEGF浓度。结果:卵巢癌病人血清VEGF浓度高于良性和临界卵巢肿瘤病人及健康对照组(P>0.05),良性卵巢肿瘤病人与健康对照组血清VEGF浓度太显著性差异(P>0.05)。血清VEGF浓度与卵巢癌浸润程度(P>0.05)、淋巴结转移(P<0.01=、远处转移(P<0.01)密切相关。结论:血清VEGF浓度与卵巢肿瘤侵袭和转移密切相关。术前检测血清VEGF浓度可预测卵巢肿瘤的进展程度及侵袭和转移情况,并有助于良恶性卵巢肿瘤的术前诊断。

Objective To examine plasma concentrations of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) in preoperative patient with ovarian cancer and to discuss the clinic and the pathological significance.Metheds The plasma VEGF of 77 patient with ovarian tumor(37malignant, 14 borderline, 19 benign)and 10 health(the controls)was examined using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) .Results The plasma concentrations of VEGF in patient with ovarian cancer was higher than that in patient with benign and borderhne ovarian tumor and the controls. P < 0.05. There was no significant difference of the plasma VEGF concentrations in benign ovarian tumor patient and the controls, P > 0.05. The plasma VEGF concentration has close correlation to the ovarian cancer infiltration degree( P < 0.05) ,the lymph node metastases and the distant metastases( P < 0.01). Conclusion The plasma concentrations of VEGF is high correlated to ovarian tumor infiltration and metastasis.To examine plasma concentrations of VEGF before surgery can forecast the condition of the ovarian tumor progresss, infiltration and metastasis. It can also help preoperatively diagnose the benign and the malignant ovarian.
