一种抗真菌眼药的体外抑菌实验研究

A research of antifungal eye agents experiment to control the fungus in the exterior body

目的 评价一种新的抗真菌眼药(实验药物)的体外抑菌效果。方法 用琼脂稀释法测定实验药物的MIC和MBC,并与对照药物氯康唑的MIC和MBC比较。结果 实验药物的MIC为5.39mg／ml,MBC为22.15mg／ml,与对照药物比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 实验药物在体外对真菌有显著的抑菌和杀菌作用。

Objective To evaluate the effect of a new controlling of antifungal eye agents in the exterior body. Methods The MIC and MBC of experimental agents are determined by the methods of diluting in agar in comparison with that of fluconazole. Results The MIC and MBC of experimental agents are 5.39mg/ml and 22.15mg/ml,The difference between experimental agents and contrastive agents has not significant (P > 0.05). Conclusion The experimental agents have a obvious effect of controlling and killing fungi in the exterior body.
