血清肿瘤相关物质(BXTM)检测用于肿瘤辅助早期诊断的价值

Role of tumor associated material(BXTM) in early diagnosing malignant tumor

目的 研究血清肿瘤相关物质 (BoXinSerumTumorAssociatedMaterial,BXTM)检测在肿瘤辅助早期诊断中的价值。方法 采用比色法对 791例恶性肿瘤患者 ,75 2例非肿瘤患者和 396例健康查体人员的血清BXTM浓度进行检测分析。结果 恶性肿瘤患者血清BXTM浓度明显高于非肿瘤患者和健康查体人员 ,血清BXTM测定对恶性肿瘤的敏感性为 74 .2 1% ,特异性为 85 .10 %。I期敏感性为 6 8.89% ,与平均敏感性 75 .14 %无显著性差异 (p >0 .0 5 )。结论 血清BXTM检测可为恶性肿瘤早期诊断提供有用的参考依据 ,具有很高的敏感性、特异性和广谱性。自身免疫系统疾病对BXTM有较强的干扰性 。

Objective To investigate the role of Bo Xin serum Tumor associated Material(BXTM) in early diagnosing malignant tumor.Methods The level of BXTM in serum was measured in 791 cases of malignant tumor,752 cases of non-malignant tumor and 396 cases normal people.Results (1) The level of BXTM in serum of malignant tumor patients was significantly higher than that of non-malignant tumor and normal people.The sensibility and specificity were 74.21% and 85.10%.(2)The sensibility of I stages was 68.89%.The average sensibility was 75.14%.They didn’t change remarkable(p>0.05).Conclusion Measurement of BXTM in serum can be used in early diagnosis of malignant tumor.And it has the characteristics of highly sensitive,specific and broad-spectrum.Autoimmune disease should be considered in diagnosing the malignant tumor by BXTM.
