病毒性脑炎患儿脑脊液降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的变化及其临床意义

摘要 目的 通过测定脑脊液降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的含量探讨二者在病毒性脑炎中的作用及其临床意义。方法 采用放射免疫法测定脑脊液降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的含量。结果 脑脊液降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素含量在对照组分别为 2 7 72± 4 .72n/L和 17.83± 5 .78ng/L ,病毒性脑炎急性期分别为 4 8.5 3± 15 .2 5ng/L和 2 7.6 5± 9.0 4ng/L ,较对照组显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;病毒性脑炎恢复期分别为 2 9.4 2± 6 .11ng/L和 17.2 0± 5 .93ng/L ,与对照组相比无明显差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。病毒性脑炎无脑功能障碍患儿脑脊液降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素含量分别为 4 3.9± 7.5 7ng/L和 2 3.77± 6 .4 1ng/L ,有脑功能障碍患儿分别为 5 7.4± 10 .77ng/L和 37.36± 7.2 6ng/L ,与无脑功能障碍患儿相比显著增高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素的增高与病毒性脑炎的脑损伤、脑水肿有密切关系 ,二者与脑功能障碍密切相关 ;降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素可作为脑实质损伤的重要指标 。 Objective To enplore its essential function and clinical significance through measuring the CGRP and ET in virus encephalitis infart patients CSF. Methods The radioimmunossay was used to measure CGRP and ET. Results The CGRP and ET in coatrot group were 27.2±4.72ng/L and 17.83±5.78ng/L. respeltively, in the activery riral encephalitis is 48.53±15.25ng/L and 27.68±9.04ng/L respectinely, They hare high in creased comparing with the control group(P<0.01), in the convalescent period of rirus encephalitis they are 29.472±6.11ng/L and 17.20±5.93ng/L respectively, thery was no significart diffenert comparing with the control group(P>0.05). The CGRP and ET in the rirus ercephalitis infant patients CSF with out brain malfunction are 43.9±7.57ng/L respectingly, in patients with brain malfunetion they are 57.45±10.77ng/L and 37.36±7.26ng/L respeitively, and having a high increasing comparing with the no brain malfunction(P<0.01).Conclusion the in creasing of CGRP and ET have a affiniting with the viral brain injury and cepraledema in rirus encephalitis patients, Tehy are usely-related with defecting brain function CGRP and ET can be the important sigh in the dignosis of brain injury in essence, they have a guiding meaning in estimating patients prognositis also if me measure them earlier.
