Developing buffer solution and dilution of BE100 all-allto immunoanlyzer for special protein

目的 为了解决全自动特种蛋白免疫分析仪试剂国产化 ,克服依赖进口试剂价格昂贵的弊端。方法 通过优选分析 ,择最佳配方 ,采用正常人血清及进口质控标准血清用进口随机试剂和研制试剂 ,在全自动特种蛋白免疫分析仪上进行实验分析。结果 自研试剂与进口试剂相关系数均大于 0 .99;定值质控物测定结果准确度符合要求。

Objective To develop national buffer solution and dilution of BE100 all-auto immunoanalyzer for special protein,and conquer the dependence of expensive imported reagent.Method stochastic imported reagent and last developed reagent were used in all-auto immunoanalyzer for special protein to normal blood serum by carefully-selected analyzing method and formulation. Result last developed physical and chemical parameter, specific conductance, osmotic pressure and PH all achieved demand.Conclusion synthetic estimate that the developed reagent can replace the original imported reagent.
