分析了以往气弹簧加工装配方法的缺陷，提出了用微机控制液压传动进行气弹簧生产的新方法，介绍了气弹簧成型机的特点，并就其重要组成部分的结构、功能作了分析。实践证明，气弹簧成型机具有广泛的应用前景。

A novel method of hydraulic transmisson and mircrocomputer automatic control for gas spring production was presented on basis of analyzing the detects resulting from gas spring production used formerly.The characteristics,mechanical structure,function were discussed in detail.It has been shown in practice that this machine has comprehensive application outlook.
