镗孔自动补偿技术及缸孔精镗的工艺选择

摘要 精镗自动补偿是一项可有效地改善零部件中关键孔加工质量并提高工序效率的应用技术。但是,由随机检测、信号反馈补偿和具有微调功能的镗头组成的系统在行业的实际应用还是取决于不同企业在规划过程中不同的工艺选择。以发动机缸孔加工为例,根据对国内主流汽车发动机厂的针对性调研,对不同工艺选择进行了分析,并且结合实例介绍了典型的补偿型镗刀及其补偿模式。 Fine boring with automatic compensation is an applied technology with which it will be to improve the quality of machined holes effectively and rise the production efficiency. But the practical application of the system composed of on_line gaging, signal feed back and adjusting boring head also depends on various technical selections of company planners. Taking cyl holes for example this article makes analyses about these selections based on an investigation.of chinese main auto engine plants. In addition this article also introduces a few of typical boring heads with compensation and compensable mode.
