基于PDM的数控图文档管理

随着计算机辅助工具CAX的广泛应用,企业逐渐积累了大量的电子图文档,需要把这些电子图文档有效地管理起来,以便于能够快捷方便地查询。针对上海二纺机现有的生产管理模式,应用PDM的技术,设计开发出了WindOWS NT环境下的基于PDM的数控图文档信息管理系统,该系统集数控程序文件的编制、查询,刀具清单、订货清单的打印、刀具图库的管理等各功能于一体,实现了信息资源的共享。

With the wide use of computer auxiliary tool CAX, the enterprise accumulates plenty of electronic graphics and documents gradually, how to manage these electronic data effectively so as to inquire them quickly and easily？ Aimed at the current production management mode of Shanghai Erfangji, in this writing, it adopts PDM technology, designs and develops the PDM-based NC electronic data management system in the environment of Windows NT, such system collects many functions together such as establishment and inquiry of NC program files, printing of tools lists and order lists, management of tools bases and so on, which realizes the share of information sources.
