本文根据网络技术和虚拟技术的发展状况以及会展业发展的现实需要,认为有必要建立网上虚拟博览会,并提出了具有可操作性的一些开办构想。从会展主办方、参展企业和观众三方分析了网上虚拟会展的优越性,并依据网络技术、时代要求、市场驱动、会展特色等要求,对虚拟会展系统的设计提出具体设想。文章最后指出现实会展不会因虚拟会展的出现而受到冲击,但是,针对网上虚拟会展出现以后的新情况做出必要的调整是在所难免的。

considering the present internet development and the demand for exhibition, this article thinks it is necessary to establish internet virtual exhibition, and also offers practical operation design. It points out the advantages of internet virtual exhibition from the views of the host, participant and audience, and puts forwards the specific design in accordance to the internet technology, present demand, market cultivation, exhibition features and etc. Finally, it claims the tangible exhibition won't be impacted by the emergence of the internet virtual exhibition, but proper adjustment is inevitable facing the new broadcast media.
