摘要
目的:探讨临床实习前强化专业技术培训的方式。方法:将护理技术操作融入情景。结果:通过临床问卷调查,护生临床工作四熟悉和四主动的比例有较大的提高。结论:情景模拟式的专业技术培训对加快护生角色转变,适应临床工作能起到一定作用。
[Objective]To discuss approaches of strengthening nurse students' training before the clinical probation.[Method] Brings the teaching of nursing skills into context.[Result]Questionnaire investigation found out that there was an obvious rise in nursing students' maturity and stability.[Conclusion]Context simulation professional training will,to some degree,smooth nursing students role changing process and enable them to adjust to clinical tasks better.
