摘要
在医学专业中推行本科生导师制的尝试给高等医学教育改革提供了新的思路。本文阐述了浙大医学院实施本科生导师制的工作情况和实施效果,以及实施过程中所存在的问题,并针对问题对完善本科生导师制度作了进一步探讨。
Establishment of the tutorial system in medical major is a new way to reform Chinese higher medical education. This article describes how to establish this system within Zhejiang University School of Medicine and its outcome.Some problems are pointed out.Futher discussion is given to the method of better the system.
