摘要
本文在分析企业负债筹资利弊的基础上,指出了负债筹资的风险,并阐述了防范企业负债筹资风险的措施。
On the basis of discussing advantages and disadvantages of raising money when enterprise is in debt,this article puts forward the risks in raising money and expounds measures in guarding against the risks in raising money.
