医学高专院校实验室建设的思考

Constructions of laboratories in medical colleges

本文从建立校、系(部)两级实验教学管理体制和运行机制,完善实验室规章制度,加强实验师资队伍建设,引进项目管理等几个方面对新升格医学专科院校的实验室建设提出了思考,目的是使实验室成为培养基础扎实、适应性强、有个性、高素质、善创新的适应21世纪的应用性高级专门人才的重要基地。

This pap This article raises a new two-level management system of experimental teaching,that is,the level of schools and departments.Meanwhile,laboratory regulations should be completed,employees in the labs should be further developed,and program management should be introduced.These are regarded as solutions for the newly-upgraded medical college to develop their laboratories.The purpose is to turn laboratories into important bases of cultivating advanced professional persons with solid knowledge as well as creative and adaptable abilities for the need of 21-century's society.
